Seed crispbread

Can something so healthy be sooo good? Yes it can! I did one batch of this crispbread yesterday but I didn’t even have time to photograph it until the whole batch had disappeared. Fortunately, this is very easy to make so I jus had to make another batch...

  • 1 1/2 dl oat flakes

  • 1 dl sunflower seed

  • 1/2 dl pumpkin seed

  • 1/2 dl sesame seed

  • 1/2 dl flax seed

  • 1/2 dl buckwheat flour

  • 1 tl salt

  • 1/2 dl vegetable oil

  • 2 dl boiling water

Mix all seeds and the salt in a bowl. Add oil and boiling water and mix well.

Spread the dough onto the lined baking sheet as thin as possible. This is best achieved with the spatula or oiled tablespoon .

Bake at 150°C for about one hour.
