Lemony rosemary potatoes

I have never been a big fan of boiled potatoes, so I wanted to try something else to use all the potatoes I am getting from my garden. Butter, lemon and rosemary... the perfect combination. I really fell in love with the taste of this!

  • 8-10 potatoes

  • 25 g butter

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • fresh rosemary

  • salt

  • black pepper

Wash or peal the potatoes and slice them almost to the bottom. Place the potatoes in a roasting pan. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add lemon juice and chopped rosemary. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and season with salt and black pepper.

Bake at 200 ° C for about 45-60 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes. Brush the potatoes couple of times with butter-lemon juice from the bottom of the roasting pan. If the potatoes are very large, you can boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes before cooking them in the oven.
