All items in a shop are second hand, including packaging. Handmade items are made primarily from second hand materials.  Products are made for decoration purpose only, and they may not last in everyday use.  Check the detailed material and care instructions from each product information.

SHIPPING

​

All products  are shipped from Finland in 1-2 working days.  Delivery times and cost depends on the size of your order and the Country of purchase. Small/lightweight items (napkins, papers etc.) are sent as a letter and unfortunately they do not include a tracking code. Bigger orders are sent as a package with a tracking code. 

 

Shipping costs are  calculated based to the entire order.  You can check the final cost when you have all items i a cart.  If there are any customs duties or taxes, buyer is responsible for additional costs.

We accept payments from paypal and all major credit/debit cards:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

RETURN POLICY

​

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your product within 14 days from receiving the package. The money will be returned only if the product is in original condition, so make sure to pack it well to handle the transportation. 

However, customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If you receive the package already damaged, please contact me immediately with the photos of the damage.  In this case you will receive either a replacement for the product from the current selection or a refund.
